AB InBev: set up accounting and finance function from scratch to a team of 20+ members to support strategic expansion in 8 countries and implemented world-class expense management practices at AB InBev South East Asia with revenue size of US$150M.
Startups and Dynamic Environments (Diag Laboratories, Yes4All, and other e-commerce businesses): Cleaned up legacy tax and accounting issues and revamped legal structure to prepare for fundraise. Hands-on approach involved budgeting, resource allocation, and financial planning tailored to the businesses.
